As a community-minded bike store, we strive to provide accurate, friendly advice, and top of the line product to our customers in Ohio and around the US. We're also a small operation that doesn't have the advantages of large conglomerate bike stores so our policies are a little less forgiving if you simply decide you don't like the product you ordered. That said, we will still try our best to remedy any situation that arises from online sales so please use the contact information below if you have an issue. Thanks for helping keep small bike stores open and supporting passionate local businesses.

The following only applies to sales through our online store:

Returns: All sales through our online store are FINAL. Bike Ohio reserves the right to refuse any returns for orders processed through our website.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Bike Ohio based on a customer claim. If you have an issue we encourage you to contact us using the information below.

Order Issues: Accidents happen to the best of us! If for example, you received the wrong product or the product you received was different from the description or depiction on the website, we will make every effort to make the situation right.

Product/Pricing Information: We make a serious effort to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and photography of products on this website. Occasionally, errors may exist in any of the aforementioned aspects of a product listing on the site. If you notice an error, please contact us at the below email address. All products and their pricing on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice.

We also try to keep our online product catalog consistent with actual stock but occasionally a product listed online may be purchased in-store resulting in a product listed that is no longer for sale. If this happens, Bike Ohio will work to remedy the situation. Rest assured you will only be billed for products that we physically ship to you.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards purchased through the website are for in-store credit only. We use your name and email address to verify your Gift Card in-store so it's helpful to have your confirmation email receipt handy when you're ready to use it.

Security: You can be confident making purchases through our website, whether that's through the online store or our bike service subscription. Bike Ohio uses a high-grade PCI compliant payment processor and your data is encrypted via secure connection.

Privacy Policy: Bike Ohio does use cookies to track you on our website for use in measuring website performance, however, we will never share or sell your data to a 3rd party, period.


Not Included in the Program: Any parts needed, wheel rebuilding, repair of damage (from accidents, crashes, abuse, or neglect), any internal tech to suspension fork or rear shocks other than routine lubrication, bike cleaning, or tubes for flat repairs.

Expedited 2-Day Service: While we strive to have the best supply of service parts in NEO, occasionally certain components will need to be special ordered.  Procurement of those components can affect turn around time.

Early Termination: An early termination fee of $100 applies to memberships if cancelled before end of first 12 month term.

Cancellation: Cancellations can be done by calling or emailing us directly.

Bike Ohio reserves the right to change or cancel a membership if found to be abusing these terms.
